The Never-Changing Federal Boundaries

I am a “public land survey attorney” or, in other words, a “federal boundary” attorney. This survey of all of the lands, waters and other boundaries by the original federal government surveyors is not subject to being changed by anyone once final approval was given and the survey was filed at the local, state and federal level. All such surveys were made and approved in this state between 1817 and 1860. They are unchangeable.
